Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At You Knitted, every piece is crafted with care and intention—made to order, just for you. Because each garment is created specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept general returns. However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our items, unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and make it right through a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to help. You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

⚬ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

⚬ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚬ Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new size.
