Processing Times ⚬ All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). ⚬ You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times ⚬ Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–7+ business days. ⚬ International Shipping: 7–14+ business days (may vary by destination). Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
International Shipping ⚬ We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary by country. ⚬ International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply.
Order Tracking ⚬ Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. ⚬ Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. RETURNS
Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At You Knitted, every piece is crafted with care and intention—made to order, just for you. Because each garment is created specifically for your order, we’re unable to accept general returns. However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our items, unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and make it right through a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help. You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
⚬ Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
⚬ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
⚬ Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new size.
Limit:1 exchange per order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations or refunds cannot be processed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@youknitted.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
